Mission Statement:
The role of Shelter Helpers On Wheels is to provide temporary, voluntary assistance to nonprofit animal welfare organizations and nonprofit animal welfare rescue groups. Shelter Helpers On Wheels supports animal welfare and works to encourage and promote spay/neuter, humane education, the human-animal bond and the prevention of animal cruelty.
